Blog Exercise #7
Blog Exercise #7
My presentation is about Individualism and collectivism societies which its part of Hofstade's Cultural dimensions , doing this presentation I learned that there are many societies for example in individualist children learn to think in terms of "I"but in collectivist the learn to think in terms "we"
Also in individualist they have low-context and a task prevails over relationship . In collective societies they have high-context and a relationship prevails over task. At the end I think that the UAE is an example of a collectivism.
